MailChimp Template Restoration – Full Service Design Agency

Already taken advantage of the complementary template restoration and need to hire us to restore your template? No problem. Simply add the template restoration service to your cart and checkout using our secure ordering system. Within 48 business hours, we’ll restore your custom Mailchimp template to its original state at the time of delivery.

If you have your template file(s) available, great! Simply upload your template file(s) below. If not, no worries, archive retrieval of your template files is included in the service price. In short, we’ll track them down on your behalf.

Once your template has been restored you’ll receive an email from one of our staff members confirming your template restoration.

We’ll also require keychain access to complete the restoration if we don’t already have it. Instructions for granting our agency keychain access can be found below.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for restoration of your template(s). If more time is required you will receive an email from one of our staff members indicating expected delivery of your restored template(s).

How to Grant Access

To grant permission to our agency using your Mailchimp account first login to your Mailchimp account.

Using the account navigation drop down menu in the upper right of your Mailchimp dashboard navigate to “Account”. Using the account navigation menu navigate to “Account Settings” -> “Account Users”. Clicking the “Invite A User” button will prompt you to enter the email address of the Mailchimp account holder you wish to grant access to (as well as the level of access).

To grant access to Blueprint Media Studios please enter tanya@bpmediastudios.com when prompted, granting us at the minimum author access to your account giving us the ability to create/edit campaigns, templates, and autoresponders, but not to send them.
